Stephen Moss brings something different to real estate: a genuine business and engineering background, a track record of leadership, and two decades of roots in the Golden Grove community.
Born in Broken Hill, Stephen moved to Adelaide at the age of four — a city that has since become home. He has lived in the Golden Grove and Greenwith area for more than 20 years, where he and his wife are raising their young family and remain deeply connected to the local community.
Football played a formative role in Stephen’s early life, until injury ended his playing career and prompted a shift into engineering. He spent the years that followed building and leading businesses — solving real problems, developing patented intellectual property, and creating sustainable value across every venture.
In 2025, Stephen began the next chapter of his career, gaining his real estate licence and opening Ray White Golden Grove. It’s a natural fit: the same discipline, problem-solving and care that defined his business career, now focused on helping his neighbours achieve stronger property results.
What hasn’t changed is the way he works — honestly, thoroughly, and with genuine investment in the outcome. When Stephen takes on your sale, he treats it like it’s his own.

Began at the family business, completing his apprenticeship with top-two honours and becoming Workshop Manager at just 22 — leading and growing a South Australian company that operated for more than 35 years.

Inventor & international founder
Invented a new tool for the oil and gas industry and founded an international business operating across the USA and Canada, building companies that held patented intellectual property.

Awards & leadership
Named a South Australian 40 Under 40 recipient, selected into the Industry Leaders Fund, and awarded the 2022 Colin Peterson Award for leadership, innovation and industry contribution.

Advanced leadership
Completed Advanced Management and Leadership studies at the University of Oxford, sharpening the strategic discipline he now brings to every client.

A family decision
Driven by family health priorities, Stephen and his family made the decision to wind down Trymoss Engineering — closing one chapter to focus on what matters most.

Ray White Golden Grove
Gained his real estate licence and opened Ray White Golden Grove alongside two of South Australia’s most respected agents — returning full circle to serve the community he has long called home.
